In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Lioness Purple Florist provides structured, reliable floral delivery services throughout Riverhead, NY and the surrounding Suffolk County region. Our delivery operations are designed to ensure timely, secure, and professional fulfillment of all customer orders.

Requests for delivery outside the standard service radius may be accommodated on a case‑by‑case basis.

Delivery Timeframes

• Next‑day delivery is available for all orders placed after the cutoff.

• Deliveries to residential addresses, businesses, funeral homes, and medical facilities are completed during standard operating hours.

• While customers may request specific delivery windows, Lioness Purple Florist cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to variable route conditions, order volume, and operational constraints.

Delivery Conditions

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may leave the arrangement in a secure location or with an authorized third party (such as a neighbor or building staff).

• If secure placement is not possible, the shop will contact the sender or recipient to coordinate redelivery.

• Severe weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timing.

• For deliveries to hospitals, gated communities, or restricted‑access facilities, customers must provide accurate entry instructions to ensure successful delivery.

Funeral and Event Deliveries

Lioness Purple Florist prioritizes funeral and event orders to ensure timely arrival. Customers must provide complete service details, including venue name, address, service time, and any special handling requirements.

Customer Communication

Customers receive order confirmations and status updates through the shop’s communication system. If any delivery issues arise, Lioness Purple Florist will promptly contact the customer to resolve the matter and ensure successful fulfillment.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
